Day 1 — Getting Started & Data Entry
1j- Interface: workbook, sheets, cells, tabs, ribbon, formula bar
- Data entry: text, numbers, dates, times, custom formats
- Selections: ranges, rows/columns, non-adjacent cells, named ranges
- Move and copy: drag-and-drop, copy-paste, paste special
- Fill handle: linear series, dates, days, times, custom lists
- Rows/columns: insert, delete, height, width, hide
- Intensive lab 1: create an order entry sheet with 500 rows, formats and dropdowns

Day 1 — Essential Formulas
- Formulas: syntax, operators (+, -, *, /, %, ^), order of operations
- References: relative, absolute ($), mixed, across sheets, across workbooks
- SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, COUNT, COUNTA, COUNTIF
- IF: simple condition, nested IF, IF with AND/OR
- SUMIF, SUMIFS, AVERAGEIF, AVERAGEIFS
- Error handling: IFERROR, ISNA, error types
- Intensive lab 2: build a budget tracking sheet with 15 different formulas

Day 2 — Formatting & Visualization
1j- Formatting: font, alignment, borders, colors, custom number formats
- Conditional formatting: cell rules, top/bottom, data bars, icon sets
- Charts: column, line, pie, bar, area
- Chart customization: titles, legends, axes, labels, colors
- Sparklines: line, column, win/loss
- Intensive lab 3: create a sales dashboard with 4 charts and conditional formatting

Day 2 — Data Management
- Sort: simple, multi-criteria, custom list sort
- Filter: auto, text, numbers, dates, colors, advanced
- Data validation: dropdown lists, dates, length, messages
- Remove duplicates: columns, ranges, consolidation
- Outline and group: create outlines, grouping, subtotals
- Intensive lab 4: clean and organize a 1000-row customer database

Day 3 — Intensive Practical Projects

- Project B: build an HR dashboard (headcount, absences, seniority) with charts
- Project C: build a quote calculator with VAT, discounts and margins
