- Intensive lab 2: create 5 Quick Steps, 3 email templates and a follow-up search folder

- Calendar views: day, week, month, schedule, multi-calendar preview
- Appointments and meetings: creation, invitations, rooms, resources
- Meeting series: creation, modification, exceptions, cancellation
- Scheduling assistant: availability, suggested times
- Time zones: handling offsets, multi-timezone meetings
- Sharing and delegation: shared calendars, permissions, delegate
- Categories and colors: color code by project, client, priority
- Intensive lab 3: organize a recurring multi-timezone meeting with rooms and resources + shared team calendar

- Intensive lab 4: create a professional address book with 5 categorized distribution lists and Excel import

- Notes and journal: quick notes, email linking, categories
- To Do/Planner integration: Microsoft 365 sync
- Intensive lab 5: create a project tracking system with 20 tasks, deadlines, categories and reminders

- Power Automate: workflows with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Microsoft 365 integrations: Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, Bookings
- Outlook add-ins: find and install useful add-ins
- Cortana and AI: smart suggestions, @mentions, summaries
- Intensive lab 6: create a Power Automate workflow (email → Teams → task) + customize ribbon + configure an add-in
