Day 1 — Fundamentals & Visual Design

  • PowerPoint interface: ribbon, views (normal, sorter, slide show, outline)
  • Design principles: contrast, repetition, alignment, proximity (CRAP)
  • Slide masters: creation, master slide, custom layouts
  • Themes and variants: custom colors, fonts, effects, backgrounds
  • Corporate color schemes: palette, shades, gradients, transparency
  • Slide management: sections, hide, reuse, duplicate
  • Intensive lab 1: create a complete company-branded presentation master with 5 layouts

Day 1 — Typography & Visual Layout

  • Text: fonts, size, colors, spacing, alignment, columns
  • Lists: bullets, numbers, hierarchical lists, icons
  • Tables: insertion, formatting, quick styles, Excel linking
  • Shapes: rectangle, circle, arrows, connectors, merge, align
  • WordArt and text boxes: effects, rotation, chaining, wrapping
  • SmartArt: org charts, processes, cycles, matrices, pyramids, lists
  • Intensive lab 2: create a complete 15-slide company presentation (intro, org chart, process, key figures)

Day 2 — Images, Multimedia & Animations

  • Image adjustment: crop, correct, color, artistic effects, compression
  • Background removal: remove background tool, transparency
  • Photo albums: creation, captions, theme, export
  • Videos: insertion, trimming, bookmarks, auto-play, loop
  • Audio: insertion, recording, trimming, fade, icon
  • Transitions: morph, pan, gallery, conveyor, timing, sound
  • Animations: entrance, emphasis, exit, motion path, trigger, timeline
  • Intensive lab 3: create an interactive presentation with embedded video, triggered animations and morph transitions

Day 2 — Charts & Data Visualization

  • Charts: insertion, types (column, line, pie, bar, bubble)
  • Excel linking: linked data, refresh, dynamic charts
  • Customization: titles, legends, axes, labels, colors, style
  • Advanced charts: waterfall, funnel, radar, gauge, histogram
  • Diagrams: creation, animation of diagram elements
  • Embedded Excel tables: linked copy-paste, formatting
  • Infographics: create impactful data visuals
  • Intensive lab 4: create an executive dashboard with 4 Excel-linked charts + an infographic

Day 3 — Delivery, Collaboration & Automation

  • Custom slide show: hidden slides, hyperlinks, zoom summary
  • Export: PDF, video (4K), package, OneDrive, Teams
  • Comments and review: track changes, compare, merge
  • Real-time co-editing: OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams
  • PowerPoint macros: recording, running, assignment
  • VBA for PowerPoint: automating repetitive tasks
  • Enterprise templates: create a gallery of standard templates
  • Intensive lab 5: create an auto-presentation generation macro + a gallery of 3 enterprise templates

Day 3 — Intensive Projects & Certification

  • Project A: create a 10-slide sales pitch deck with animations and transitions
  • Project B: create an annual report presentation with Excel-linked charts and video
  • Project C: develop an interactive training module with non-linear navigation
  • Assessment: present your project to the group with feedback
  • Validation quiz: 30 questions covering all modules
  • PowerPoint certificate with skills grid
  • Progression plan and post-training resources
